At VCD Outdoors, we are committed to getting your hunting and outdoor gear to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or exchange. This ensures you have ample time to receive and inspect your order before the return window closes.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
The following items are non-returnable:
- Digital products and downloadable items
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable or consumable goods
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at vcdoutdoors@pm.me with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 - business days with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
- Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and indicate the item you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vcdoutdoors@pm.me with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
