At VCD Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted on a conditional basis. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to the nature of the product.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Do not ship items back without receiving return authorization first.
